Приєднався 12 гру 2008
The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) was created by the Department of Transportation Act of 1966. The purpose of FRA is to: promulgate and enforce rail safety regulations; administer railroad assistance programs; conduct research and development in support of improved railroad safety and national rail transportation policy; provide for the rehabilitation of Northeast Corridor rail passenger service; and consolidate government support of rail transportation activities.

They need to do something similar at rr crossings as turkey did with speed limits
3:31 bloody noses 🤤
2:26 talking about rail safety… while walking in the middle of the tracks
Did videos look like this in 2015? I remember them being clearer
OMG
Man sometimes I see people, running fast across with their cars on red light before the train comes close.. not worth it at all.
0:11 hold on why is the gate on the tracks I bet the train hit the crossing arm and the car
be safe around trains, a message from metro
Subway Surfers ahh
Multiple errors in the PowerPoint. Mainly grammer and inconsistencies.
the way the conductor hit the brakes and the brakes caused the train to slide down the tracks because it caused the wheels to lock up and slide down the track due to the speed and how much coal it was carrying
Please tell me where in America this place is located. I'm Japanese and used translation.
Guess what? Trains are actually not as quiet as a mouse, even the ones I’ve seen before I could literally hear the prime mover making its distinct chugging or whining sound even from a mile away.
I disagree
Bro just don’t stand on the trsvks
@@RedPlayz1145 i wont step on the trsvks
Trains always have the right of way. It doesn't matter what the laws of humans have to say about it. The laws of physics say they do.
No one races trains You hate filled bastar ds #EmergencyVehicleLightsVoiceAndTextSystem
Communicating just by using English is probably not always a good idea. That is because let’s say the caller wasn’t born in the United States such as if they came from a Spanish speaking country such as Mexico but immigrated to the United States at some point and therefore doesn’t speak English. In that case you will likely not understand what they are saying. Therefore you should either learn how to speak other languages such as Spanish or find someone who speaks both English and Spanish and have them serve as a translator. That way they can then understand what the caller is saying and then can tell you about what they said thus making it easier for you to know what is going on.
It seems like they showed this add before showing the movie Unstoppable (Denzel Washington) on TV before
As a locomotive engineer. This is my worst nightmare. I pray to God I never hit anyone.
Train On Sodor When Something Blocks Thier Path :
The train crash the white car
@ federal railroad administration here’s what you need to do take out the passenger trains USA because they slow down the freight trains in the United States of America look at my comments about the Amtrak should not be a passenger railroad because they slow down freight traffic in America you need to say something to them about this
4:25 WTF
Is this an actual fra site?
I JUST WANT PART OF HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS MADE BECAUSE OF ME TO FIX MY CITY. I HAVE BEEN WORKING YEARS ON WELL RESEARCHED PLANS,PROJECTS, PROGRAMS AND EVENTS TO BENEFIT THE ENTIRE CITY WHICH WILL SPREAD LIKE WILDFIRE ALL OVER TO OTHER CITIES AND BEING AN EXAMPLE OF HOW WE CAN BOOST THE ECONOMY ALL OVER. SOME WOMAN GOT TONS OF MILLIONS FROM TRUMP FOR DEFAIN YEAH NO OFFENSE BUT THAT DOESN'T EVEN SCRATCH THE SURFACE OF WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH AND I NEED THE MONEY TO HELP MY CITY LOOKS LIKE THEY WIN AGAIN.
@ Van_Nuys_Foamer I think railroads should do something about if someone gets killed the railroad goes through my town does wave at me
Excellent information,thank you

0:10 Ben I’m gonna spray paint the bridge Train I DONT THINK SO BUDDY with BNSF K3LA

I’m here for the trains
Excellent tutorial.
This needs to be played in every Driver’s Ed classroom. Sure, it would be a traumatic sight to see the car totaled this way, even if it is just a simulation for TV, but at least it’s a visual that gets the point across. I’m sure that such an accident would also be traumatic for the railroad conductor and engineer, knowing that someone died because the train couldn’t stop in time.
Goes in one hear and out the other, cops don't follow these classes. Why waste the time and money.
Good information
First responders should also never attempt to beat a train nor should they ever go around railroad crossing gates or lights even if they are responding to a emergency such as a fire. Remember to save people in a emergency first responders have to be able to get there but if a first responder is struck by a train then they will be unable to respond to the call they were responding to meaning that not only could they be severely injured or killed but the people that they are trying to help could also be severely injured or killed due to the first responder being unable to get to the emergency in time.
Remember you can’t help someone if you become injured or killed yourself. That applies to any emergency situation where there are hazards and it also applies to when first responders are responding to a call and therefore it also applies to railroad crossings.
Who here just for the train wrecks?? ✋🏻
I believe I am. Shows what happens!
Yup.
Same here. I suppose that I can also learn from that as well.
Wow, a lot of Massachusetts footage here, with CSX and MBTA being prominent. Since I live in Brockton MA, a lot of the stuff here is familiar to me (the train horn at 4:20 is a sound I'm well acquainted with in real life).
In the end, Rail Safety videos teach one very simple message: *DON’T BE STUPID* & *BE PATIENT*
Took me way too long to find this video lol
Im here from this week tonight
Nipple sharyo
Great to see that J40 will be included in rail projects.
Moral of the story: Never drive Kias or Hyundais across or near train tracks. They breakdown and put you and your family at risk. Also, if your mom wants to be stupid - let her and get out of the car.
came here from John Oliver
Thank god the girl in the blue was such a good listener.
Same here. I wanted to see how they got out of that pickle, and I'm glad that mother listened to one of her daughters. Then I was surprised to see much of it was shot in Massachusetts, with all the CSX and MBTA references.
who's here from Last Week Tonight
Me i just had to watch the entire clip. It was such a cliff hanger

The thing the operation lifesaver employee said is right and wrong at the same time . There are times where you actually can hear it coming. It could usually depend on things such as atmospheric conditions and whether or not you are wearing things that can drown out the sound of the train such as headphones or AirPods. Plus the reason why it took a bit of time for him to hear the train was coming was because it sounded like the locomotives were at idle mode since it was most likely coasting down the line. Also a reason why trains can usually be quiet is because most of the sound they make it emitted out of the side of the engine with the exception of the horn which directs noise straight at you.
STOP. TRAINS CAN'T.
